Starz Academy Class Refund Policy: If you or your child, for any reason are not satisfied after, or during your child's first month of classes, we will refund all (100%) of your tuition for the entire first month.

Starz Academy Make-Up Class Policy: Tuition fees remain the same whether a student has perfect attendance or misses classes. Because of our low student to teacher ratios, it can sometimes be challenging to find a class with room to do a make-up in. However, we try our best to help out. This is how it works:

• We only guarantee make-up lessons if Fit Kids cancels the class.
• Students have an unlimited amount of time to a make-up lesson, as long they are and have been continuously enrolled in their class since the date of absence.
• Make-ups are forfeited as soon as classes are discontinued.
• Unused make-ups lessons are not exchangeable for tuition.
• Make-up lessons may only be booked as far ahead as one week in advance (This is because class sizes change due to new student enrollment).
• A scheduled make-up must be canceled with a 24-hour notice. If you schedule a make-up but fail to show, we will consider it made up, unless canceled in advance.
• Please call and let the office know if your child will miss his or her class. Someone else may be able to do a makeup in his or her absence. 

Starz Academy Discount Policy: After the first full-price class, the enrolled student or sibling receives 10% off any additional Starz Academy Class.

No School Today!, Weekend & After School Day Camp Refund Policy: 

• With 1 weeks' notice: Full Refund.
• Less than 1 weeks' notice: Any cancellation will receive a refund minus a $10 per camp fee.
• You may transfer to another camp of the same type for a full credit.

Summer Camp Refund Policy: 

• With 2 weeks' notice: Full Refund.
• Less than 2 weeks' notice - Half Day Camp: Any cancellation will receive a refund minus a $50 fee.No single-day refunds. 
• Less than 2 weeks' notice - Full Day Camp: Any cancellation will receive a refund minus a $75 fee. No single-day refunds.
• You may transfer to another camp of the same type for a full credit.

Kids' Night Out Refund Policy: 

• With 1 week notice: Full Refund.
• Less than 1 week notice: Any cancellation will receive a refund minus a $10 fee.

Strike A Pose Show Refund Policy: 

• Strike A Pose Show is non-refundable due to the purchase of uniforms for the performance.
