Our one of a kind program consists of seven progressive levels, taught by our attentive teachers who lead their students through fun and educational lessons on vault, bars, balance beam, and tumbling. And there’s more, much more.
Trampoline! Starz Academy gymnastics classes have a fully integrated trampoline program included at every level. Starz academy students learn trampoline safety, along with proper bouncing and stopping methods. The trampoline levels are perfectly matched with each level in our gymnastics curriculum to enhance every student's skills on their other events. And there's still more!

Starz 5 to 6 Years
This beginning level class is a 50 minute adventure in fun and learning which offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our various trampolines, ropes, ladders and bars. Children have a great time making new friends while improving their strength, coordination and confidence through the practice of gymnastics. With our low student/teacher ratio, our teachers are able to provide attention and praise as your child is safely led through the experience of learning new skills.
Shimmering Starz 5 to 6 Years
Shimmering Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the 5 to 6 Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our beginning Starz 5 to 6 curriculum, students may advance to Shimmering Starz. It is the next step in our developmental class curriculum for 5 and 6 year olds. This 60 minute class will enable students to spend more time on their events as they learn new skills and improve their coordination while making new friends along the way!
Starz 7 to 12 Years
This 60 minute beginning level class offers your child an exciting time to practice all four Olympic events as well as training on our various trampolines, ropes, ladders and bars. Students will have a great time while improving their strength, flexibility, and confidence. They will also be making new friends as they attain new skills and develop greater mastery of their existing skills.
Shining Starz
Shining Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the beginning Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our 7 and older or Shimmering Starz curriculum, students may advance to Shining Starz. This class lasts 75 minutes and is for the students who really enjoy gymnastics and want to continue to improve their skills. Students will follow a more rigorous training path, which will allow them to optimize their strength and flexibility while preparing them for the next set of skills in this class.
Shooting Starz
Shooting Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the Shining Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our Shining Starz curriculum, students may advance to Shooting Starz. This class lasts 75 minutes and is for the students who really enjoy gymnastics and want to continue to improve their skills. Students will follow a more rigorous training path, which will allow them to optimize their strength and flexibility while preparing them for the next set of skills in this class.
Super Starz
Super Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the Shooting Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our Shooting Starz curriculum, students may advance to Super Starz. This class lasts 75 minutes and is for the students who really enjoy gymnastics and want to continue to improve their skills. Students will follow a more rigorous training path, which will allow them to optimize their strength and flexibility while preparing them for the next set of skills in this class.
Mega Starz
Mega Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the Super Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our Super Starz curriculum, students may advance to Mega Starz. This class lasts 75 minutes and is for the students who really enjoy gymnastics and want to continue to improve their skills. Students will follow a more rigorous training path, which will allow them to optimize their strength and flexibility while preparing them for the next set of skills in this class.
Ultra Starz
Ultra Starz Prerequisite: Successfully complete the Mega Starz Curriculum.
Once graduating from our Mega Starz curriculum, students may advance to Ultra Starz. This class lasts 75 minutes and is for the students who really enjoy gymnastics and want to continue to improve their skills. Students will follow a more rigorous training path, which will allow them to optimize their strength and flexibility while preparing them for the next set of skills in this class.
